We are
looking for Data Governance Engineers with distinct levels of
proficiency to join our Data & AI team. You will work on implementing and
managing data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, lineage, and
metadata management integrated with leading hyperscalers (Azure, GCP).

• Design and implement data governance
  frameworks, policies, and standards across the organization.
  
• Manage and maintain data lineage to ensure
  full traceability from source to consumption across data platforms.
  
• Implement and monitor data quality rules,
  metrics, and remediation processes.
  
• Lead metadata management initiatives,
  including data cataloguing, business glossaries, and data dictionaries.
  
• Integrate data governance tools with
  hyperscaler platforms (Azure, GCP) to ensure seamless governance across cloud
  environments.
  
• Collaborate with data engineers,
  architects, and business stakeholders to ensure data assets are properly
  governed and compliant.
  
• Design best practices and transmit
  know -how to other teams on data governance topics.
  
  

• Experience in Data Governance, Data
  Quality, or Data Management roles.
  
• Hands -on experience with data governance
  tools such as Collibra, Microsoft Purview, or similar platforms.
  
• Knowledge of Public Cloud platforms,
  mainly Azure and/or GCP, and their native data governance capabilities.
  
• Understanding of data lineage concepts and
  implementation across modern data platforms.
  
• Experience with metadata management, data
  cataloguing, and business glossary creation.
  
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks,
  profiling, and monitoring.
  
• Fluency in
  Portuguese.
  

• Certifications in Collibra, Microsoft
  Purview, or data governance -related credentials.
  
• Knowledge of data management standards
  such as DAMA DMBoK.
  
• Data Engineering or Cloud certifications
  from Azure or GCP.
  
• Experience integrating governance
  solutions with data platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery, Synapse, or Fabric.
  
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
  (Python) for data profiling and automation.
  
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks
  (GDPR, LGPD) and data privacy requirements.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with
  technical, non -technical, and business audiences.
  
• Fluency in
  English.
