Data Specialist (Power BI/Automate)

We're on the lookout for a Data Specialist who thrives on turning raw data into actionable insights and building smart automation solutions. If you're passionate about PowerBI, Power Automate, and data-driven decision-making, this is your chance to shine!

Location: Lisbon 

Main Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and structure data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports.
• Set up and manage automation flows in Power Automate.
• Develop KPIs to monitor delivery and continuous improvement.
• Support project and delivery teams with data insights.
• Document all reports, data models, and automation processes.

Profile:

• 3+ years in data management and analysis.
• Strong command of Microsoft tools (Office, PowerBI, Power Automate).
• Analytical mindset with a interest in solving business challenges.
• Solid understanding of IT processes and business operations.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and EasyVista.
• Familiarity with project management and ticketing systems.
• SQL knowledge.
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or similar.
• Relevant certifications are a plus!

(Hybrid work, with 1/2 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
