Descrição do Emprego - Data Storyteller (English speaking) (M/F/D)

Are you passionate about organising information into stories that effectively communicate key messages to stakeholders? Do you excel at identifying what matters most to your audience and using visualisation tools to highlight those insights? Are you someone who goes beyond creating ordinary reports and persuades business users through a data-driven approach? Can you turn raw data into a compelling narrative with stunning visuals? Are you energised by working in small, agile teams with short iterations?

If so, you might be the ideal candidate we're looking for.

Location: Aveiro, Portugal

You'll assist customers in structuring their data for key decision-makers.
You'll actively participate in defining business use cases.
You'll support your team by ensuring that results are presented in a compelling manner.
You'll rapidly prototype reports and gather feedback to enhance the team's understanding of usecases.
You'll deliver the end result tailored to your audience.
You'll have the ability to connect with robust data platforms and integrate various data sources.
You'll be a valuable member of the data integration and analytics team.

As a seasoned professional, you bring the following qualities:

You hold a degree in business information systems or have equivalent experience.
You understand the power of crafting a captivating story around data challenges.
You have extensive experience using Power BI to create reports and dashboards.
You are proficient in PowerPoint and excel at presenting complex topics to management.
You have a track record of working directly with customers to gather data.
You have a proven history of collaborating within agile teams and sharing your data methodologieswith customers and team members.
At least 3 years of experience in the area.
Fluent in English.

But also:

You possess a creative mindset and are meticulous about how diagrams and tables are presented to diverse audiences.
You've dedicated thought to structuring and visualizing data for action-oriented visual analysis.
You can ask the right questions to grasp the business context and core challenges faced by customers.
You excel at summarising complex subjects and presenting them effectively to different audiences.
You recognise the importance of aesthetics in addition to having access to the right data.
