Delivery Manager

Our client  is a leading provider of secure identity management solutions for governmental clients worldwide. They specialize in developing and delivering innovative  platforms for biometric passports, ID cards, and related services. Their mission is to  provide reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the highest standards of  quality and performance. 

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of key projects and maintaining strong communication with our clients to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, time, and quality expectations are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Augentic and our clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
• Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Apply PMI best practices and project management standards.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant Project Management certification is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or delivery management within the IT or consulting sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
• Experience working in client-facing roles with international stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of PMI best practices and project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
