Descrição do Emprego - Delivery Manager (Porto - Híbrido)

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join the team of one important client in Porto.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work as a service operational interlocutor, internally and externally, for the Clients of your portfolio Create & manage project plans;

• Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives;

• Help project team with task design and development;

• Lead process of issue identification and resolution;

• Manage risk tracking process;

• Monitor and manage scope;

• Monitor cost accounting providing data to ensure revenue assurance and/or project profitability management;

• Managed project documentation;

• Participate actively and proactively in controlling and maximizing project profitability;

• Monitor and report the progress of the Service and be a part of the delivery, of the service according to the specifications and/or requirements established initially;

• Support the definition of corrective and preventive actions addressing in the face of problematic situations, detected during the ongoing service;

• Oversee the progress of the strategic cybersecurity roadmap;

• Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress of activities;

• Manage projects using the JIRA tool;

• Proactively apply knowledge in security/cyber in project management.

Must have:

• High sense of responsibility;

• Clear understanding and excellent commitment level with contractual goals;

• High Degree or equivalent (training or professional experience);

• 2+ years’ experience in similar functions;

• Broad knowledge in the IT area;

• Solid knowledge of Project Management function;

• Training or certifications in Project Management Methodologies –Examples: ITIL, ISO20000, ISO27001, PMP, IPMA or Prince2, Agile Manifesto, Kanban;

• Fluency in English.
