Deputy Manager

Role Purpose

• The purpose of this role is to complete the assigned activities in the stores function.


• The incumbent will focus on adherence to existing SOPs and SLAs while ensuring proper upkeep of inventory.


• The role holder focuses on proper arrangement of material within the store with stacking/tagging of material at appropriate places ensuring all transactions are recorded at real time as per defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery –
  
  
  
  • Ensure timely mobilization of purchased products.
  
  
  • Ensure adherence to all SLAs and SOPs. Record all transactions at real time as per the defined timelines.
  
  
  • Ensure proper stacking/tagging of materials at appropriate places within the store.
  
  
  • Ensure proper upkeep of all storage materials.
  
  
  
  


•  Reporting  –
  
  
  
  • Collect accurate and timely reports for the management teams.
  
  
  • Maintain all MIS and reporting systems with accurate reporting of data.
  
  
  • Ensure timely escalation in case of any process delays and deviation from SOPs.
  
  
  
  

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Graduate in material management with 1-3 years experience in store


• B.T ech/M.Tech with min 1 years experience in handling store
