Developer - Monitoring Apps Team

We are looking for a Developer – Monitoring Apps Team to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets. This role focuses on designing and delivering advanced Grafana dashboards, working with complex SQL queries (including time-series logic), and contributing to high-quality, automated, and scalable software delivery processes.

Responsabilities:

• Design and develop Grafana dashboards according to functional specifications
• Create complex SQL queries, including time-series and windowing logic, targeting ClickHouse databases
• Analyze inserted data and provide insights to optimize SQL query performance
• Ensure dashboards are automatically deployable and repeatable across multiple environments
• Define and align with QA teams on a common testing strategy with KPI-based reporting (design, execution, automation, regression)
• Deliver unit tests and contribute to automated test suites
• Produce clear and accurate technical documentation
• Actively contribute to continuous code improvement and best practices
• Support scheduled reporting processes using Apache Airflow
• Deliver high-quality software packages (Docker or RPM) following established DevOps and cloud deployment standards

• Proven experience with Grafana
• Strong knowledge of Apache Airflow
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex and time-series queries
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and unit testing
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Python and/or Java development experience is a strong plus (e.g., enabling automated dashboard screenshots via email)
