Developer Support Specialist Russian-speaking

We are urgently hiring a Developer Support Specialist to join the Oeiras-based team of a global technology leader. In this position, you will be supporting developers and technical users by diagnosing and resolving product-related issues, providing guidance on implementation, and ensuring they can make the most of cutting-edge platforms and tools.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle technical inquiries from developer communities via email, chat, or phone
• Diagnose and resolve integration and implementation challenges
• Guide customers through product features, APIs, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to flag and track product issues
• Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions

What we are looking for:

• Russian: C1/C2 level (native or fluent)
• English: strong written and verbal skills (C1 minimum)
• Solid understanding of technical concepts (APIs, software, web platforms)
• Experience in technical support is highly valued
• Analytical thinking with a methodical approach to problem-solving
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required. Technical support experience mandatory.
