We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and organized professional to join our commercial team. You will serve as the point of contact for media agencies and direct clients, crafting value-driven digital media solutions and managing end-to-end campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management & Development: Maintain and nurture commercial relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers.


• Commercial Proposals: Build impactful advertising solutions tailored to client briefs, combining diverse strategies, diverse platforms and formats.


• Client Relationship & Follow up: Maintain close, enthusiastic, and proactive communication with commercial partners, ensuring fast and effective response times.
  
  

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years in similar roles within digital advertising, media agencies, or sales support in the media sector.


• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of digital commercial models (CPM, CPC) and familiarity with performance 
  metrics (CTR, Viewability, VTR).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (warm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach).


• Strong organizational skills, deadline-oriented, and able to manage priorities under pressure.


• Proactive, hands-on attitude and a strong team-player mindset.


• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English (working knowledge of Spanish is a plus).
