About the Role

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for advertisers, supporting them with product troubleshooting, campaign-related inquiries, and platform optimization. This position offers strong exposure to AdTech, Digital Marketing, and B2B Customer Support, with long-term career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support advertisers via email and chat channels

• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and support cases

• Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams

• Provide accurate, clear, and timely updates to clients

• Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and SLA compliance

• Educate advertisers on product features, best practices, and campaign optimization

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience with paid advertising campaigns

• Degree in Marketing or a related field

• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing

• Previous experience in a Contact Center or AdTech support environment
• Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00

• Rotational shifts (07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00)

• 2 rotating days off

• Future transition to 24/7 rotational shifts (TBC by client)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid over 14 months)

• Complexity Bonus: €40 gross/month (paid over 11 months)

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

• Health Insurance: from Day 1 (free after 6 months)
