What you will do
Digital Experience & Website Management
Own and manage Zühlke’s Drupal-based headless website architecture, coordinating with developers and agencies on technical enhancements and customisations.
Ensure high performance, consistency, and scalability of the website and landing pages across devices, browsers, languages, and regions.
Champion responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards to ensure inclusive, seamless digital experiences.
Work closely with content teams to review, publish, and optimise content in line with brand, UX, and technical SEO best practices.
Stay ahead of Drupal updates and web best practices, proactively bringing improvements and innovations to the team for steering and defining the roadmap.
Data, Analytics & SEO
Build, manage, and evolve analytics and attribution frameworks to accurately measure performance and impact.
Own and maintain our web tracking framework across Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side)
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Plausible, and related platforms to generate insights and inform optimisation decisions.
Contribute to shaping and delivering the data & analytics roadmap, defining hypotheses related to channel growth, performance drivers, and customer behaviour.
Own and implement the SEO technology framework in close collaboration with internal and external SEO partners to improve organic visibility.
Align digital strategies with key business KPIs such as brand recognition, demand generation, qualified lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
UX, CRO & Optimisation
Lead data-driven UX and conversion rate optimisation initiatives using analytics, user research, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).
Design and implement user-centered improvements that make digital journeys intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused (e.g., website navigation).
Monitor website performance, engagement metrics, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improving user experience.
Ensure robust quality assurance and testing across browsers, devices, locales, and environments to deliver reliable global experiences.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, content, technology, and external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
Act as a bridge between teams, translating requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
Maintain a structured lead source framework within MSD CRM to ensure accurate attribution, campaign tracking, and pipeline alignment.
Document processes, decisions, and learnings to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams
Experience & Skills
3–5 years’ experience in website or digital experience management, with hands-on Drupal CMS experience.
Solid understanding of web analytics, attribution, and performance measurement, with a passion for data-driven decision-making. You are comfortable turning data into insights and actionable recommendations.
Strong UX mindset, supported by a portfolio demonstrating how you improved user experiences and delivered measurable results. You consistently ask how digital experiences can better serve users and business goals.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for content and layout adjustments.
Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders. You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and influencing outcomes through clear communication.
Fluency in English.
