Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Italian and English
• Assist clients with inquiries related to digital advertising and campaign management
• Support customers through various communication channels
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining service quality standards
• Manage cases accurately using internal systems and tools

Requirements

EU Work Authorization required

Fluent Italian and English (C1+ level)

Mandatory experience in Paid Campaign Management

Degree in Marketing or a related field

Previous experience in Digital Marketing

Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Technology environment

Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

• Initial schedule: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00
• Rotational shifts: 07:00-16:00 or 10:00-19:00
• Future schedule (subject to business needs): 24/7 rotational shifts
• Two rotational days off
