Position: Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist (German)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time, hybrid work mode/ Mon-FR 9-18

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
• Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
• Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video
• Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Digital marketing roles
• Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.)
• AdWords Search fundamentals certified - will be considered as an advantage
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
  
• Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends
• The ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with constant focus on quality
• Able to work independently and as a part of the team.

• Gross €23,000 / year (exp 1 yr+)
• language bonus btw €2820 - €3240 /annual
• Assistance of real estate team, reimbursement 2500 EUR if outside mainland PT, 1250 EUR if within PT but more than 100KM away from Lisbon
• only with exp working with Google/Meta/social platform Ads, Mon-FR role in hybrid model/Anjos office
