Location: Lisbon (Anjos Office)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Type: Permanent (180-day probation)

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary: €23,000

• Premium Bonus (Monthly): €2,460

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per workday (net amount, via meal card)

• Transportation Bonus: €720 per year

• Total Compensation: €28,026.46/year gross

• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual base salary (€1,150/year)

• Health & Life Insurance: Family coverage (spouse and children)

• Relocation Support:

  • Assistance with NIF and NISS registration

  • Help finding housing

  • Relocation Bonus: €1,500 – €2,500 gross, paid with first payroll cycle (for candidates relocating from outside Lisbon metropolitan area)

About the Role:
Are you ready to make an impact in digital marketing? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist for the German market to help optimize advertising campaigns for high-value clients. You will implement strategies, analyze performance, and drive campaign success across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimization Strategy: Execute advanced optimization solutions for digital campaigns, focusing on Google Ads (Search Network, Mobile, YouTube).
• Ad Management: Build and optimize keyword sets, manage bids and budgets.
• Data Analysis: Analyze trends, metrics, and campaign data to provide actionable insights.
• Reporting & KPIs: Generate performance reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Develop knowledge of multiple digital advertising platforms and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 12 months in digital ad campaign optimization (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, or similar).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• KPIs Knowledge: Understanding of campaign KPIs and performance indicators.
• Languages: German (native or fluent), English (business-level); additional languages are a plus.
