We are expanding our Digital Marketing Optimization team in Lisbon and are looking for talented professionals fluent in German, Dutch, or Danish. This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of Google Ads experience and solid understanding of Google Network Settings (GNS).

Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will support clients in improving campaign performance, maximizing ROI, and optimizing paid search strategies. You will analyze campaign data, adjust targeting and bidding strategies, provide actionable insights, and ensure campaigns align with best practices for Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to drive results and improve KPIs
• Provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvements
• Adjust audience targeting, placements, and bidding strategies
• Monitor campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and report performance
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in German, Dutch, or Danish (C1+), with good English for internal communication
• Minimum 1 year of Google Ads experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (GNS)
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and performance-driven
