Descrição do Emprego - Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Rovo you will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, display advertising, and website optimization. Your focus will be on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through data-driven marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Adjust digital marketing strategies as needed based on performance insights, segmentation data, and industry trends.
Develop and maintain Rovo Group website and social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Continuously review and refine brand messaging to maintain consistency across digital channels.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics).
Identify industry trends and insights to optimize budget allocation and campaign performance.
Conduct experiments and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
Evaluate key website metrics, including traffic, audience behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with the Sales and Administration teams to brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies.
Partner with external agencies and vendors to achieve digital marketing objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
Develop corporate-level and project-specific communication strategies to engage stakeholders and enhance Rovo’s external image.
Provide internal teams with brand guidelines and marketing support to maintain a cohesive brand presence.

Must-Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, internal communications, and market research.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.
Ability to analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on data insights.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience working with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
Strategic thinking with a proactive and autonomous work style.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
