Key Responsibilities

• Identify API requirements across different markets and insurance product types, and harmonization of local business needs
• Develop a digital strategy & roadmap, aiming at re-usability and cost effectiveness
• Stakeholder management
• Design of solutions in target systems, jointly with Architects, and development of training material to facilitate understanding of the solutions developed
• Lead the development in Agile, cross-functional teams, write epics, user stories (supported by Business Analysts) and prioritise the backlog
• Support technical discussions with Business Partners

Bring to the Team

• Strong experience in a similar position with self-responsible and results-driven manner
• Flexibility to quickly become acquainted with new project tasks, content and assignments
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to design new solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in leading cross-functional and international teams
• Trained in Agile / Scrum framework, experienced in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MSOffice, Open APIs
• Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering with fluency in business English
