Job Description

As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a key role in expanding our digital footprint and delivering a seamless client experience. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!           

 

Location: Lisbon

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Presents and positions digital platforms and content tools to new and existing clients across EMEA, while supporting client onboarding and ensuring smooth setup post-demo. 
  • Coordinates with Sales teams to align on digital strategy and client targeting. 
  • Communicates new features and updates to clients.
  • Builds and executes communication strategies, including automated journeys to boost engagement.
  • Gathers client feedback and collaborates with Product Managers to enhance tools.
  • Monitors usage metrics and identifies opportunities to increase adoption.
  • Tracks project progress and reports on performance.

Qualifications

Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance (Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics are a plus). 
  • + 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or digital product promotion (mandatory). 
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory) and other languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills (Python is a plus). 
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA.
  • Confident communicator and natural presenter.
  • Curious, tech-savvy, and passionate about financial markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.

Additional Information

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
