Dutch Content Moderator in Lisbon

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
• Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content, escalating issues as necessary.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content quality and community engagement.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop best practices and improve moderation processes.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in community guidelines and platform policies.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and contribute to reports on content moderation activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• B2 level proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms.
