Dutch Customer Support Specialist | Fully Remote in Portugal (After Training)

Looking to grow your career with a leading tech companywhile living anywhere in Portugal? Were hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist small and medium-sized businesses with digital advertising tools.

Youll start with a one-month, in-person training in Lisbon, then transition to a fully remote role, working from anywhere in Portugal!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Support clients via phone, email, and chat

• Guide customers through account setup and ad tools

• Provide pre- and post-sales support

• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and share customer feedback

What Were Looking For:

• Native/fluent Dutch and strong English skills (B2/C1)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer-focused attitude with great communication skills

• Tech-savvy or open to learning (full training provided)

• Legal right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or valid work permit)

Schedule & Training:

• Monday to Friday | 9:0017:00 (no weekends!)

• 1-month onboarding at our Lisbon office

• Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal after training
