About the position: Join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Technical Customer Service professional. This role involves providing support to customers in Dutch and English, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Responsabilities: Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding product or service inquiries.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Dutch and English.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
WORK MODEL: On-site
SCHEDULE: Rotational schedule, Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with 2 rotational days off.
RELOCATION: Relocation support provided
