We are seeking a professional and empathetic Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to join a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions in Lisbon, Portugal. Supporting an insurance-related project, you will assist clients with managing their insurance policies, processing claims, and modifying active contracts. This role demands a high level of diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach to deliver a smooth, high-quality service experience.

• Work Mode: On-site (Based at a centrally located and modern office hub in Lisbon).

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone and chat from customers regarding their active insurance policies.
• Process complex service and modification requests directly within the client's specialized policy administration system.
• Compose and distribute formal written responses via emails and letters, including contract documents and specific policy information.
• Manage requests for contract changes, coverage updates, and structural adjustments such as modifying payment methods.
• Assist customers through the initial stages of claims submissions, policy renewals, and contract cancellations.
• Conduct indexation and digital file archiving using specialized internal document management tools.
• Consistently maintain high service quality standards and meet client-specific performance targets.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Dutch (C2) paired with operational proficiency in English (B2).
• Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, diplomatic, and calm demeanor.
• Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.
• Experience (Plus): Prior experience in customer service, helpdesk, financial services, or the insurance sector is considered a distinct advantage.

Shifts & Working Hours

• Schedule: Full-time position operating on standard operational rotational shifts.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,374 Gross per month.
• Performance Bonus: Monthly performance-based incentive of up to €100.
• Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day (Lunch allowance).
• Contract Type: Indefinite (permanent) contract from day one, preceded by fully paid professional training.

Relocation Support

• For Candidates Outside Portugal:
  • Sourcing and placement in a room within a company-managed apartment in Lisbon for 12 months at a fixed, subsidized cost of €280 per month (deducted directly from your salary).
  • Reimbursement of your inbound flight ticket up to €400 (paid out on the 6th month of employment).
• For Candidates Inside Portugal:
  • The accommodation option is strictly reserved for applicants transitioning directly to the company from an immediate industry competitor.
