As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries and providing knowledgeable support in Dutch while enjoying the vibrant culture of Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries related to automotive products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with vehicle information, service appointments, and warranty questions.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends and product knowledge to deliver accurate information.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
