This role is perfect for dynamic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to airline services, travel arrangements, and general aviation support in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding flight details, bookings, scheduling, and airline policies through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide assistance with travel itineraries, baggage policies, and travel-related questions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all interactions accurately within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest aviation industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the aviation or travel sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
