This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance and committed to providing top-notch customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers with their financial inquiries in Dutch, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide detailed information about financial regulations, service features, and promotional offers.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs.
• Stay updated on financial industry trends and company offerings to provide insightful information.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English and Portuguese is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the finance industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mentality.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
