Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to imaging solutions.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in technology or imaging solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing excellent customer care.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand new products quickly.
• Familiarity with customer service software or ticketing systems is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries effectively.
