In this position, you will assist customers with their queries related to retail products and services, ensuring they have a fantastic shopping experience while communicating effectively in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, availability, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide exceptional support throughout the shopping experience, including assistance with order processing, refunds, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to offer seamless customer support.
• Stay informed about new products and services to provide customers with up-to-date information.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition when dealing with customers.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
