This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media and enjoy helping others navigate their online experiences. As a member of our dedicated customer service team, you will assist users in addressing their inquiries, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding social media features, account management, and platform policies via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide guidance on resolving account issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address and escalate issues as necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and internal developments to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the social media or tech industries, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and supportive approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and familiar with CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
