Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Provide accurate information and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Record and manage customer interactions in our systems accurately.
• Participate in training sessions to continually improve your knowledge and skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is the most important.
