Dutch Speaking Customer Support Advisor – E-Commerce (Lisbon)

Are you a Dutch speaker with a passion for online shopping and customer trends? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our international hub in Lisbon! Work for one of the biggest names in E-Commerce, helping customers navigate their orders while enjoying the sunny, cosmopolitan lifestyle of the Portuguese capital.

The Role

  • Customer Care: Support Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.
  • Platform Guidance: Help users navigate the e-commerce platform, from account settings to promotional offers.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to tracking, damaged goods, or billing with a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.

What We Offer

  • Salary: €1,200 – €1,500 Gross monthly (competitive for the Lisbon market).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Relocation Support:
    • Flight Reimbursement for your move to Lisbon.
    • Company Accommodation provided in a shared apartment (bills included).

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native Dutch: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in e-commerce and providing a top-tier customer experience.
