About the Role

Are you passionate about digital communication, customer satisfaction, and innovation? We are seeking motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team supporting the Customer Delight project.

You will work with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), helping them optimize their digital presence and advertising strategies through high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Assist SMB clients with their online advertising tools and account management

• Offer pre- and post-sales guidance on self-service platforms

• Analyze recurring client issues and provide feedback to relevant teams

• Work cross-functionally to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction

Training & Onboarding

• Comprehensive training program (3 weeks, full-time)

• Product knowledge, systems training, and customer interaction coaching

• Hands-on, on-the-job learning and team integration

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)

• Good command of English (B2 level or higher)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to digital tools

• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit is mandatory

• Customer-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset

Work Conditions

• 40 hours per week (full-time), rotating shifts including weekends

• Work schedule communicated in advance

• Based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal

• Portuguese employment contract (fixed-term, renewable with potential for long-term employment)

• Public holiday compensation in accordance with Portuguese labor law
