The Role

• Technical Support: Assist Dutch-speaking users and medical professionals with the setup and troubleshooting of specialized medical equipment.
• Patient Advocacy: Provide empathetic, clear, and professional guidance to ensure user safety and device efficacy.
• Compliance: Carefully document all interactions and technical issues in accordance with strict medical industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex cases and improve product reliability.

Work Model & Location

• Location: Based in our state-of-the-art office in Porto.
• Flexibility: This is a full-time, on-site role. However, for those working the Night Shift, we offer hybrid or fully remote options to support your work-life balance.

What We Offer

• Salary: €1,600 Gross monthly (depending on shift and experience).
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Relocation Support:

• Training: Comprehensive, specialized training to ensure you are confident handling medical technology.

Requirements

• Native or Near-Native Dutch: Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• English Proficiency: B2 level for training materials and internal reporting.
• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Profile: A high level of empathy, attention to detail, and a professional "medical-grade" mindset.
• Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or technical support is a plus, but not required.
