Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound advisory calls from Dutch-speaking customers, delivering insightful information regarding our products and services.
• Support customers with their inquiries and ensure that all communications are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to customer accounts and documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Work closely with sales and customer support teams, fostering a unified approach to customer engagement.
• Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to help refine service strategies.
• Stay up to date on product offerings and developments in the industry to provide relevant guidance and advice.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Prior experience in customer service, advisory, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience using CRM systems and familiarity with standard office software applications.
