Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for Dutch Speaking Inbound Sales & Administration Representatives. This remote position can be performed from the beautiful locations of Greece or Bulgaria, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being part of our vibrant team. If you have a passion for sales and administration and are eager to help customers find the perfect solutions, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers, providing them with product information and assistance in Dutch.
  • Process customer orders and manage sales documentation and administration efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless processing of customer requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Support customers throughout their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, services, and market trends to provide excellent service.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude to support customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales administration processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining excellent team collaboration.
