We're hiring a Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Success Manager to join a global technology project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you'll help business customers maximize their cloud solutions while combining technical consulting with customer success.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of business customers.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Support customers with cloud adoption and technical solutions.

• Drive customer growth and long-term success.

• Maintain CRM records and pipeline management.

Requirements

• Native/Fluent Dutch (C2)

• Good English (B2+)

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, Cloud, or IT.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Interest in cloud technologies and digital transformation.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross monthly salary: up to €2,563.58 (depending on accommodation option)

• Performance bonus: up to €400/month
