Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Start Date: January 8, 2025
Schedule: Rotational 40 hours/week

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
• Days Off: 2 rotational days

• Language Proficiency: Dutch (native level) & English (B2 level or higher).

Your Package & Perks:

• Base Salary: 1,100 EUR (14 payments/year)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR/month for meeting KPIs
• Complexity Bonus: 135 EUR/month for mastering technical processes
• Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day
• Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month
• Health Insurance: Coverage from Day 1 (free after 6 months).
