As a Trust & Safety Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our platform. Your responsibility will be to review and manage content, ensuring that our community guidelines are upheld. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate content submitted by internal systems or users to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Classify and/or remove highly sensitive content uploaded by users according to defined parameters.
• Apply policies correctly, ensuring quality, intellectual property, privacy, and online safety.
• Issue Management:
• Handle sensitive and complex issues faced by users, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
• Escalate issues requiring special attention to your immediate supervisor in accordance with established procedures.
• Adhere to corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely.
• Participate in ongoing training programs for optimal role development.
• Meet performance indicators and parameters defined by the client's operation.
• Conduct outbound calls to gather evidence from drivers and customers to support investigations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, excellent communication, problem-solving, and tech proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills: C2 level of Dutch, B2 level of English.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete continuous training programs.
• Commitment to maintaining user information security.

• Accommodation and expenses paid by the company: you will have an individual room in a shared apartment provided by the company with bills included (water, electricity, Internet and cleaning services).

• 1040 euros gross per month (12 payments per year) with accommodation and expenses provided by the company or 1298 euros gross per month (12 payments per year) without accommodation.
