Dutch-English Customer Service Representative

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch-English Customer Service Representative for a leading global insurance company, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided
Schedule: Monday–Friday (including bank holidays), 07:30–20:00 rotational shifts, weekends off

What you'll do:

• Handle customer and insurance broker inquiries via phone and email (inbound and outbound)
• Provide information about insurance products, policies, and coverage
• Assist customers with policy cancellations
• Direct broker inquiries to the right support channels

What we're looking for:

• Fluent/native-level proficiency in Dutch
• Strong proficiency in English
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Calm, professional, and effective under pressure
