Cross Border Talents is hiring a Dutch-English Technical Customer Service Representative for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) — relocation support provided
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat–Sun 08:00–17:00, with 2 rotational days off

Relocation: shared apartment accommodation for up to 12 months, utilities included (accommodation cost deducted from payslip)

What you'll do:

• Provide technical customer support via phone, chat, and/or email
• Assist Dutch-speaking customers, using English for internal communication and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries

• Fluent Dutch and English language proficiency
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Comfortable with a dynamic work environment and open to feedback
