We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to join an international team in Lisbon, one of Europes most vibrant capitals. This role is ideal for motivated candidates who want to relocate, grow professionally, and work in a multicultural environment with full relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, or chat

Provide accurate information and solutions with a customer-first mindset

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Document interactions clearly in internal systems

Collaborate with international teams to improve customer experience

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C2)

• Basic level of English (B1/B2) for internal communication

• No previous customer service experience required

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site

• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
