About the position
Join one of the world's leading customer experience companies, with more than 14,500 employees from over 100 countries in Portugal. You will support Dutch-speaking customers of leading international brands in areas such as technology, social media, e-commerce, consumer products, medical devices and mobility. Depending on the project, your role may include customer service, technical support, content moderation or sales.

Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
• Answer questions, solve problems and guide customers to the right solution
• Handle requests about products, orders, accounts or technical issues, depending on the project
• Document every interaction accurately in the CRM system
• Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch
• English at B2 to C1 level, depending on the project
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• Completed secondary education
• Willing to live and work in Portugal for at least 6 months
• Available full-time and open to shift rotations
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
