About the Role

We are recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers and insurance brokers. You will be a first point of contact for enquiries about insurance products, policies and coverage, providing clear information by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Explain insurance products, policy details and coverage.
• Assist customers with policy-related requests, including cancellations.
• Direct insurance brokers to the appropriate information or support.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and follow up on customer requests.
• Maintain a friendly, professional and calm approach, including in challenging situations.
• Native-level or fluent Dutch and strong English.
• Customer service experience; insurance-sector experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to remain calm, organised and effective under pressure.

€1,050–€1,150 gross/month (paid over 14 months; source salary: €1,100)

Location & Work Arrangement

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, including public holidays, with rotating shifts between 07:30 and 20:00; weekends off.

No relocation support provided.

Benefits

€2,000 welcome bonus; €100 performance bonus (per 12 months); €100 complexity bonus (per 11 months); €7.63 net meal allowance per working day.
