Your Role

• SMB Client Support: Assist business clients with advertising account setup, product navigation, and technical troubleshooting to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Product Optimization: Provide expert guidance on how to use self-service advertising products effectively, helping customers optimize their online campaigns for better results.
• Multichannel Communication: Deliver professional support across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring clear and helpful solutions.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify emerging trends and resolve recurring issues that affect multiple clients, providing valuable insights to the team.
• Product Feedback: Share customer feedback and product insights with the engineering department to contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent in Dutch and fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with modern technology and a strong interest in online advertising platforms.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within a call center environment.
• Soft Skills: Empathy, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues independently.
• Flexibility: Willingness and availability to work in a rotational shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
