Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Remote | Portugal

We are hiring Dutch and English-speaking professionals for a fully remote customer support opportunity in Portugal.

Location: Portugal
Work model: Remote
Languages: Fluent Dutch and English
Base salary: €1,100 gross/month

Additional benefits:

• €2,000 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year.
• €80 complexity bonus.
• €7.63 net meal allowance per working day.
• Relocation support may be available in exceptional cases.

Working schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
• Saturday and Sunday off.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls.
• Assist customers with payment and account-related queries.
• Discuss payment arrangements and negotiate commitments.
• Investigate payment and collections-related issues.
• Update customer records and document call outcomes.
• Provide professional support through voice and written channels.

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or a call-centre environment is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, payment processing or collections is an advantage.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Preference is given to candidates already residing in Portugal. Relocation support may be considered for suitable candidates.
