Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Remote | Portugal

We are hiring Dutch and English-speaking professionals for a fully remote customer support opportunity in Portugal.

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English
Base salary: €1,100 gross/month

Additional benefits:

€2,000 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year.

€80 complexity bonus.

€7.63 net meal allowance per working day.

Relocation support may be available in exceptional cases.

Working schedule:

Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Saturday and Sunday off.

Your responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls.

Assist customers with payment and account-related queries.

Discuss payment arrangements and negotiate commitments.

Investigate payment and collections-related issues.

Update customer records and document call outcomes.

Provide professional support through voice and written channels.

Requirements:

Fluent Dutch and English.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or a call-centre environment is preferred.

Experience in financial services, payment processing or collections is an advantage.

Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Preference is given to candidates already residing in Portugal
