Responsibilities

Support customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
Show software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customer

Requirements

Locals in Porto preferred but relocation at own cost is possible!
C2 Dutch and B2 English is mandatory
Previous Customer Support experience needed (
University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training preferred
Other languages, such as Italian, Spanish or French are a plus
Windows®/Mac user knowledge desirable
Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn

28.000 € base salary + 2400 € in meal allowances + up to 5000 € in bonus
