Dutch-Speaking Medical & Healthcare Support Specialist – Relocation Package Included (Porto Office)

Are you fluent in Dutch with strong empathetic communication skills and an interest in healthcare, medical devices, or clinical support services? We are seeking dedicated support specialists to join our healthcare services team in Porto, Portugal.

In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking patients, healthcare professionals, or medical equipment users. You will handle sensitive inquiries, assist with appointment or treatment administration, and provide essential user support for digital healthcare tools. Full relocation support—including company-provided accommodation—is available to support your move to Porto!

The Role

• Patient & Client Support: Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and secure messages from Dutch-speaking patients, clinics, and medical practitioners regarding service inquiries, equipment guidance, or administrative processes.
• Administrative & Case Management: Process patient registrations, manage appointment scheduling, update electronic health records (EHR), and log case interactions accurately in compliance with health data standards.
• Technical & Operational Guidance: Assist patients and medical staff with basic troubleshooting of medical devices, health portals, or telehealth software applications.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain strict compliance with European health data privacy standards (GDPR) and patient confidentiality protocols.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Porto, Portugal.
• Work Model: Modern Office-based setup in Porto.
• Relocation Support: Full Relocation Package Included (for candidates relocating to Porto from abroad or another region in Portugal).

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or Near-Native proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
• Eligibility: Must hold an EU/EEA Passport or a valid Portuguese Work/Residence Permit.
• Experience & Mindset: Background in healthcare, pharmacy, customer service, or administrative support is preferred (comprehensive paid onboarding provided). High empathy, patience, and discretion are essential.
• Communication & Detail: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in scheduled operational rotations.
