About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Customer Support to join our on-site team in Porto. In this role, you will ensure that all user-generated content complies with the platform’s guidelines, creating a safe and positive experience for users.
Review and moderate content submitted by users in Dutch
Ensure compliance with community standards and policies
Identify and escalate potentially harmful content
Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in decision-making
Collaborate with the team to improve moderation processes
Fluency in Dutch (B2 level or higher); English for internal communication
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work on-site in Porto on a rotating shift schedule
EU citizenship or valid Portugal residence permit required
Comfortable with exposure to sensitive or explicit content
️ Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
Transport Allowance: Not provided
Relocation Support:
For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:
Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at €280/month (all utilities included; deducted directly from payslip)
Flight reimbursement up to €400 (Economy class) after completing 6 months of employment
For candidates already in Portugal:
Relocation support is available only if currently housed by a competitor company
