Your Role

• Document Processing: Accurately process customer orders and various financial documents within strict deadlines.
• Invoicing: Generate and review invoices and credit notes, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Closing Support: Assist with cash applications, reconciliations, and the month-end/quarter-end closing processes.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Monitor outstanding payments, follow up on collections, and resolve any identified financial discrepancies.
• Customer Interaction: Handle financial inquiries from customers and escalate complex technical or billing issues as needed.
• Data Integrity: Maintain precise financial records in ERP systems and provide support during internal and external audits.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Your Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Languages: Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting or similar operations; 2–5 years of experience (specifically in O2C roles) is considered a major plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly advantageous.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Principles: Solid understanding of core accounting and finance principles.
