We are looking for a dynamic Dutch-speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our client a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes-technology based in Porto, Portugal. What the job is about
In this role, you will:

• Support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for Dutch-speaking customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly via e-mail and other channels.

• Generate invoices and credit notes in compliance with company policies.

• Apply customer payments daily, monitor AR ageing reports, and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Resolve routine billing or reconciliation queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing, reconciliations, audit requirements, and maintain accurate customer master data in the ERP system.

Requirements
You should bring:

• A Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.

• At least 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or finance operations (2-5 years is a plus).

• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.

• Strong MS Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables preferred).

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage.

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and good English (C1) skills.

• A customer-service mindset, attention to detail, strong multitasking ability and team spirit.
